Green Ark Slippery Elm Gruel
USE: 1 teaspoon to 1/2 pint of liquid. Mix the powder with a little cold milk, then add to warm milk and honey.
If desired, vegetable stock or soya milk can be used. However, for weaning of baby animals, goat's milk is essential.
