Delivery information

Our Own Van Deliveries - Within 7 to 14 working days, depending on where you live we deliver either weekly or fortnightly to most parts of England and Wales with the exception of Cornwall and Scotland. We do not deliver to Scotland, Cornwall or Northern Ireland.

A courier facility may be available for customers wishing to order from these areas.

You may order online or phone us, we’ll be happy to take your order, answer questions, give alternative products for items not currently stocked and answer any queries you may have.

Courier (variable price. Estimated delivery next working day (excluding Bank Holidays) for orders placed before 10am Monday to Thursday). All orders placed after 10.00am on Thursday and all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

For orders received online, we will email you with confirmation of the delivery day.


Courier DeliveriesOur couriers offer a change the day option – please do not select this. Our orders are packed to be sent and delivered within 24 hours (48 hours in some locations) and are time sensitive due to their frozen nature.

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock and you would like a substitution please specify in the comments box. If no comment has been made about substitution a refund will be made as we are unable to substitute random items due to potential allergies in dogs.

Orders place before 10am Monday to Thursday will be dispatched for next day delivery if you have selected for courier delivery. Orders placed after 10am on Thursday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

There will be NO weekend or Bank Holiday courier delivery. Orders will be dispatched on the next available working day.

We accept NO responsibility for delayed orders via courier. Once your order leaves us it is out of our hands. Please contact the courier company in the first instance and track your parcel. We will endeavour to assist you with this should there be a delay.

If you select the wrong delivery option i.e. van delivery and our van does not cover your area, we will contact you with the option of paying the additional courier fee or cancelling the order.

Changed your mind? We accept cancellations up until we dispatch your item.  Because the items are perishable goods, we cannot accept returns or cancellations after this point.

We've made a mistake or item isn't correct? Please contact us and we will endeavour to correct the situation. 

We will offer a store credit in the first instance for returns however refunds to original payment methods may be requested.  Refunds to cards take between 3 and 10 working days to appear on your statement.
